“I booked a dance, but after 48 hours there was no confirmation or tickets. I write to the provider (chat with them, but no info). After I chat with GYG - they wrote, that I need to wait and at least 2hours before the dance starts, I get my tickets. I get my tickets 24 h before the dance is started, also get info on whatsup from provider - wrote, that I need to be on the spot from 6 to 6:30pm to check in. Was there, but the man there dont know nothing. I chat again with the provider, go back to Pura Dalem and get my tickets and…”
